I am a student and my major is Mechanical Engineering. For my project purposes I need to use PULSE Labshop software. I can't download it from any sites. Can you help me or give me the procedure to obtain the software?

This application is not distributed freely and you will need a licence key to access the official download. Since you are a student, you may try to contact the developer from the official website, most of the time companies can provide a free version to students like yourself, when no commercial benefits are gained by the user. That's probably your only option, I can't see any other workarounds here.
